Hi, I'm Mari.
I am a designer and environmentalist.
My design career began in 2010 creating custom interiors and furniture for clients in Brazil. In 2013, I specialized in materials, patterns, and surface details. Soon after, I completed my MFA in Industrial Design at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Designing products for the Internet of Things starting in 2014 helped me to cross the physical and digital worlds. I began designing user-experience and user-interfaces in 2015 for many accessibility-related projects, which helped me to pay close consideration to the unique needs of the users.
Now, my passion lies in developing sustainable products, projects, and initiatives which help shape the 1 future that we all want to see.
